For Discovery you also send two real files on WhatsApp. - 02 ### We prepare on your work We pick two or three of those tasks and work out how AI does the slow part, using your own examples: a weekly report, a client update, a settlement sheet. - 03 ### A live lab, no slides At your office. We work on the tasks with your team until they can do them alone. No projector needed. - 04 ### Help while the habit forms On plans with follow-up: WhatsApp support, a short daily quiz from your own manual, a weekly prompt check, and champions who carry it on. ## What it costs On site in Zambia, priced in kwacha. Every booking comes with a proforma invoice and a ZRA e-invoice. Start with one team and decide on the rest once you have seen what changes. ### Train a team Half a day or four hours at your office, on the work your staff already do. The habits we teach come from building them. ### Mesa Answers customers on WhatsApp from a company’s own documents. The same idea, on a bigger scale, as asking AI about a file you gave it. [About Mesa](https://www.zambrite.com/products/mesa) ## Questions How much does AI training cost in Zambia? With Zambrite, K3,500 for a team of up to 15 staff for half a day, K5,000 with four weeks of WhatsApp follow-up, and K10,000 for Discovery, where one automation is built on your files. Implementation is K40,000, Growth K75,000, and the course for individuals and students is K850 per person. Every booking comes with a proforma and a ZRA e-invoice. Is this ChatGPT training? Yes. Our ChatGPT training for teams in Zambia teaches ChatGPT alongside Gemini, Copilot and Meta AI, on your staff’s own weekly tasks rather than a generic syllabus, at your office in Lusaka or on the Copperbelt, from K3,500 for up to 15 staff. For individuals who want a ChatGPT and prompt engineering course that goes further, the K850 course teaches building your own AI applications. Where do you run AI training? At your office in Lusaka or on the Copperbelt. The individual and student course runs in Lusaka and remotely. Which plan should we start with? Most teams start with the Introduction or the version with follow-up. If you want something running before we leave, Discovery builds one automation on your own files in four hours. Implementation and Growth are for putting several automations into daily use. Does our data leave Zambia? Sensitive data stays on local servers, in line with the Data Protection Act 2021, section 70. Where IDs or NRCs are involved we can run a small model offline, so they do not go to US clouds. Do staff need laptops or a projector? No projector is needed. Most of the work runs on a smartphone; a laptop helps for longer documents and spreadsheets. How do we pay and get invoiced? Prices are in kwacha. Every booking comes with a proforma invoice and a ZRA e-invoice. What happens after the training? Teams keep the templates and, on plans with follow-up, get weekly help for four weeks. When a task needs more than a prompt, the Implementation and Growth plans build it, or we quote a custom build. Who teaches it? The team that builds Zambrite’s own AI software in Lusaka. Same tools, same problems. ## Further reading [Zambrite joins NVIDIA Inception to support its next phase of AI development 4 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/zambrite-joins-nvidia-inception)[AI training in Zambia: what to look for, and what it costs 7 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/ai-training-in-zambia)[Can the Skills Development Levy pay for your staff’s AI training? 6 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/pay-for-ai-training-skills-development-levy)[ChatGPT at work in Zambia: 10 tasks your team can do faster this week 8 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/chatgpt-at-work-zambia)[Zambia’s National AI Strategy: what it means for employers 6 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/zambia-national-ai-strategy-employers)[Learn to build AI apps in Zambia: a practical path for students 6 min read](https://www.zambrite.com/blog/learn-to-build-genai-apps-zambia)[28 of 30 Zambian universities let you apply online.
