What NVIDIA Inception membership means for Mesa, Zambrite Edu, Flow and SocialZ, and how our Lusaka team plans to evaluate inference, fine-tuning and serving.

Zambrite has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, a program that supports startups building with AI. Our membership was approved on 16 October 2026. For our engineering team in Lusaka, the next step is to use the available resources to evaluate how we run AI across Mesa, Zambrite Edu, Zambrite Flow and SocialZ.

Our customers need software that helps with everyday work: responding to an enquiry, preparing a lesson, testing an offer or organising a campaign. The infrastructure matters when it makes those tasks more dependable, easier to use or affordable to operate. That is the test we will apply to this next phase of development.

Closer to home, ZRA has approved our sandbox application for Zambills' Smart Invoice VSDC integration work. This allows integration testing; production certification and go-live approval are separate steps. We show that local integration status first on our website, followed by the startup programmes supporting our wider engineering work.

## Why this matters for the products we build

We build and operate our own software in Zambia. That gives us a direct reason to examine the cost and behaviour of the AI behind it. A model that performs well in a demonstration still has to work on the documents, questions and workflows a customer brings to the product.

NVIDIA Inception offers startup development resources, training and access to a wider AI ecosystem. We plan to use those resources to inform our engineering decisions. Membership itself is not a product certification or an endorsement of Zambrite's software.

## Four products, four practical workloads

**\[Mesa\](https://www.zambrite.com/products/mesa): customer conversations.** Our focus is the AI behind conversational workflows, including document-grounded answers and voice interactions. We want to evaluate how the models respond, how long customers wait and what each interaction costs to serve.

**\[Zambrite Edu\](https://www.zambrite.com/products/zambrite-edu): learning experiences.** Educational AI needs to work with source material and produce responses a teacher or learner can assess. We plan to evaluate models against lesson creation and tutoring tasks, with attention to the quality of the resulting learning experience.

**\[Zambrite Flow\](https://www.zambrite.com/products/zambrite-flow): testing before launch.** Flow uses AI customer simulations to help teams explore offers and digital journeys. Running repeated simulations gives us a reason to investigate inference capacity and consistent model behaviour. A simulation remains a way to explore a decision; real customer feedback still matters.

**\[SocialZ\](https://www.zambrite.com/products/socialz): creator campaigns.** Our planned work includes AI support for campaign briefs, content and analysis. We will assess where model capabilities help the person managing the campaign and where review by a person remains necessary.

## What we plan to evaluate

Our engineering scope covers **inference, fine-tuning, deployment and serving**. We are considering NVIDIA technologies for these workloads and will compare them against our current approach before deciding where to integrate them.

| Evaluation | What we need to understand |
| --- | --- |
| Inference | Answer quality, response time and cost on representative product tasks |
| Fine-tuning | Whether adapting a model improves a defined task enough to justify the work |
| Deployment | How model updates, access controls and operational requirements fit our products |
| Serving | How workloads behave under concurrency, and how we monitor failures and capacity |

We will distinguish measurements from targets when we publish the results. Our NVIDIA Inception product profiles currently list the products as **Not Accelerated**, with NVIDIA technologies under consideration. We are not announcing a completed NVIDIA deployment or a performance improvement today.

## A broader foundation for engineering work

Zambrite has also received startup programme support through AWS Activate, MongoDB for Startups and Sentry for Startups. This includes cloud, database and application-monitoring resources. Each programme supports a different part of our work; participation does not establish a commercial partnership or certify our products.

The immediate value is room to investigate our infrastructure choices carefully. Any claim about lower costs, faster responses or improved reliability will need evidence from the work itself.

## What customers can do now

You can [explore our products](https://www.zambrite.com/projects) and review each product's capabilities, pricing and first step. If you are evaluating an AI workflow for your organisation, [tell us what needs to happen](https://www.zambrite.com/contact?subject=AI%20workflow%20evaluation): the task, the people who will use it, and the systems it needs to connect to. That gives us a useful starting point for discussing a product or a custom build.
