Zambrite Management Enterprise Limited is an AI-first software company in Lusaka. It builds and operates its own business software, and builds custom software to order for Zambian companies.
What we do
Zambrite builds and runs its own software from Lusaka: ZedSign for electronic signatures, Zambrite CRM for sales pipelines, Mesa for WhatsApp, Zambox for OTP and transactional messaging, PropertyLink for rented property, Zambrite Edu for interactive classrooms, and SocialZ for creator campaigns.
Each is a working product with its own customers, its own pricing and its own billing. The team that builds them also takes on custom work for businesses that need something our own products do not cover.
Why building here matters
Our products collect money through MTN, Airtel and Zamtel mobile money, price and invoice in kwacha, produce reporting the ZRA accepts, and treat WhatsApp as a primary channel. None of that was added as a regional setting. It is what these products were designed around, because it is how business here runs.
Software built elsewhere and adapted for Zambia tends to get the payment rails wrong first and everything downstream second.
Who is answerable
Zambrite was founded by Francis Miyoba, who leads the company from Lusaka and works on the products themselves. Code for the products is written by the same people who answer the support address.
