PropertyLink produces the rental reporting a Zambian landlord files, and keeps leases and supporting documents in secure storage alongside it. The reporting comes out of the same records that collected the rent, so the figures reconcile without a separate spreadsheet.
Audit trail on agreements
Every agreement sent through ZedSign carries a full history: who received it, what they did, and when. Approval routing follows your own policy across teams, groups and roles, so the trail reflects the authority that actually applied.
