- Where is each product's pricing published?
- On the product's own site. Each product sets and revises its own plans, so its page is the authoritative rate at any given time.
- Is there a Zambrite bundle?
- No. Each product is bought on its own site, on its own plan and terms. If you are rolling out more than one across a company, email sales@zambrite.com and we will put a single quote together.
- Can I pay by mobile money?
- Yes. MTN, Airtel and Zamtel mobile money are supported, alongside Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Lipila's hosted checkout, and USSD on some products. Each checkout states what it takes.
- Is everything priced in kwacha?
- Yes. Every product is priced, invoiced and collected in Zambian kwacha. Nothing converts from a dollar rate at checkout.
- How is custom software priced?
- Per engagement, in kwacha, against a written scope you have agreed before any work starts. See how we work for the sequence.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Each product states its tax treatment at checkout. If you need a VAT invoice for a specific product, email sales@zambrite.com before you subscribe.
- Can I change or cancel a plan?
- Yes, from inside the product. Each one sets its own billing terms, so check its pricing page for how a change takes effect on your next invoice.
