Everyone takes a five-minute survey on their phone: which tasks repeat every week and which ones they dread. For Discovery you also send two real files on WhatsApp.

Which plan should we start with?
Most teams start with the Introduction or the version with follow-up. If you want something running before we leave, Discovery builds one automation on your own files in four hours. Implementation and Growth are for putting several automations into daily use.
Does our data leave Zambia?
Sensitive data stays on local servers, in line with the Data Protection Act 2021, section 70. Where IDs or NRCs are involved we can run a small model offline, so they do not go to US clouds.
Do staff need laptops or a projector?
No projector is needed. Most of the work runs on a smartphone; a laptop helps for longer documents and spreadsheets.
How do we pay and get invoiced?
Prices are in kwacha. Every booking comes with a proforma invoice and a ZRA e-invoice.
What happens after the training?
Teams keep the templates and, on plans with follow-up, get weekly help for four weeks. When a task needs more than a prompt, the Implementation and Growth plans build it, or we quote a custom build.
