ZS-05 · Electronic signatures
Electronic signature software for Zambian enterprises
ZedSign is an e-signature and agreement platform built and run in Lusaka. Finance, legal, HR and procurement teams use it to send contracts, leases, offer letters and supplier agreements for signature, route them through the approvers their policy requires, and keep a complete record of what happened to each one.
The controls are attached to the agreement once and stay attached as it moves from an internal request to a completed record. Identity comes from your own directory, routing follows your own policy, and completion reaches your own systems through the API, webhooks or a signing embed.

Common questions
- Do recipients need a ZedSign account to sign?
- No. A recipient can review and sign on a modern phone without creating an account. They receive the document, a secure link, and only the action required from them.
- Can we sign in with our own identity provider?
- Yes. ZedSign supports OIDC and SAML for sign-in, and keeps directory membership aligned through SCIM or LDAP, so joiners and leavers are handled where you already handle them.
- How does a completed agreement reach our other systems?
- Through API access, webhooks and signing embeds. Completion events can be pushed into the systems you already run, rather than sitting in a separate inbox.
- How are documents delivered to recipients in Zambia?
- By email, WhatsApp or SMS, so office teams, field teams and external recipients stay in one agreement flow.
- What is kept as evidence?
- A full activity history for every agreement: who received it, what they did with it and when. Document data is encrypted, and completed records remain retrievable.
Use ZedSign, or have us build something like it
ZedSign runs at zedsign.zambrite.com with its own sign-up and its own pricing in kwacha. If your requirement is close but not the same, the team that built it takes on custom work.
