Test a launch on AI customers before real ones see it

Zambrite Flow is launch testing for businesses that cannot wait for an A/B test. Most Zambian companies never get enough traffic in one clean digital channel for a live test to reach a reliable answer, and a price change or a new onboarding flow is usually a one-shot decision anyway.

Flow builds a simulated population from the data you already have: sales records, CRM exports, mobile money and payment history, support logs, surveys. Each simulated customer carries the things that change behaviour here, such as income band, location, language, device and connectivity, preferred channel and price sensitivity. Your options are run past that population inside the journey customers actually use, whether that is an app, a website, USSD, WhatsApp or a branch. You get back a recommendation, the customer groups it wins and loses, where people get stuck, and a rollout plan to check the result on real customers.

What Zambrite Flow does

  1. 01Simulated customer populations built from your own data, consented research and public statistics
  2. 02Price and offer testing across several options at once
  3. 03Journey-friction detection: the step, price or wording that loses each customer group
  4. 04Persuadable-customer detection, so discounts go only to customers they change
  5. 05Tests across apps, websites, mobile money, WhatsApp, SMS, USSD, call centres, branches and field agents
  6. 06Decision dashboard, executive report, segment report, friction report and implementation plan
  7. 07API, live dashboard or scheduled export for ongoing engagements

Who uses it

Commerce and retail
Price changes, promotions, loyalty offers, checkout and mobile money payment, delivery versus collection.
Financial services
Account opening, KYC journeys, loan applications, repayment reminders and trust messages for banks, fintechs, lenders and SACCOs.
Healthcare
Appointment booking, patient registration, reminder messages and lab-result notifications for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and insurers.
Telecoms and digital services
Bundle prices, USSD journeys, app onboarding, recharge flows, renewals and churn interventions.

How it works

  1. 01Bring a decisionPick the question your team is arguing about: a price increase, which offer to launch, which onboarding flow is better, who should get a promotion.
  2. 02Build the populationBring the customer and business data you already have. Excel and CSV files are fine, and it does not need to sit in one system.
  3. 03Fill the gapsWhere your data shows what happened but not why, Flow asks customers directly through surveys on WhatsApp, SMS, USSD, the web or in the field.
  4. 04Run the testEach option goes past the full population. Every simulated customer leaves a trace of what they chose, where they hesitated and where they gave up.
  5. 05Receive the decisionThe recommended option, the expected business impact, the groups likely to respond and the groups at risk, the costliest friction points and the changes to make.
  6. 06Validate on real customersLaunch the winner to a controlled group, compare the real result with the prediction, and feed it back into the population for the next test.

Common questions

What do we receive?
Five things: a decision dashboard, an executive results report, a customer segment report, a journey and friction report, and an implementation plan. Ongoing engagements can also get the recommendations through an API, a live dashboard or a scheduled export.
Are the results guaranteed?
No. Every figure is an estimate with a confidence level attached. Each test ends with a plan to check the prediction against real customers before a change is rolled out widely.
Do we need clean data?
No. Sales in Excel, payments in another platform and customer details in a CRM is the normal starting point. Flow helps find duplicate records, missing fields, inconsistent phone numbers and customers who appear in several systems.
Where do the simulated customers come from?
Your own customer data, consented customer research, public statistics on income, location, language and connectivity, and behaviour observed in your own channels. Each attribute records its source. Where there is no evidence the attribute stays unknown rather than being made up, and no real, named customer is ever simulated.
