Why we price everything in kwacha
A school bursar should not have to budget against an exchange rate to try software. Why Zambrite prices in kwacha, takes mobile money, and lets you try before you pay.

We price our software and training in kwacha, and take MTN, Airtel and Zamtel mobile money as well as cards. It is not a feature. It is what it takes for a Zambian school or business to say yes.
Most business software is priced in US dollars. For a buyer here, that means three problems before the product has done anything: the monthly cost moves with the exchange rate, a company card may be needed to pay at all, and the budget approved in January may not cover the bill in June.
What kwacha pricing changes
- The budget holds. The price you approve is the price you pay.
- Anyone can pay. Mobile money works for the school bursar, the clinic manager and the shop owner, with or without a card.
- The invoice makes sense. A kwacha invoice goes straight into the books.
Try before you pay
Kwacha pricing only helps if people can see the product working first. So each product has a way in that costs nothing or very little:
| Product | Entry price | To try it |
|---|---|---|
| Mesa (WhatsApp inbox and AI assistant) | From K199 a month | Three-day free trial, no card |
| Zambrite CRM | From K350 per user a month | Book a demo |
| ZedSign (e-signatures) | K4 per signed document | First 20 documents free |
| Zambox (SMS and WhatsApp messages) | From K0.25 per SMS | Pay as you go, no monthly fee |
| Zambrite Edu (AI lessons) | Educator Pro K150 a month | Free to start |
| AI training for staff | K3,500 for up to 15 staff | Half a day at your office |
Prices as published on 25 September 2026. Custom builds are quoted in writing, in kwacha, before any work starts.
